We do not accept exchanges or returns at the moment. If you are not satisfied with your print for any reason, please contact us via the contact form.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Report the problem by sending us an email at email@example.com with the order details and a photo of the product damaged as well as the damaged packaging within maximum 15 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like download goods, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order arrives damaged within two weeks from receipt of your order so we can provide you with the best solution. Please include the following information:
- A photo of the product damaged as well as the damaged packaging
- Number of the order ID
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
